Process flow
This set of 450t/h Vietnam Anxi granite sand production line is composed of crushing, sand making, sand washing and other steps. The detailed process flow is as follows:
First of all, the material is evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. After the coarse crushing, the stone material is further crushed by the cone crusher. The finely crushed stone material is screened by the vibrating screen. There are different specifications and types of stones. The stones that can meet the particle size requirements are sent to the Sand Making Machine through the finished belt conveyor; the stones that cannot meet the particle size requirements can be returned to the material by the belt conveyor to be broken again. Through such a process, a closed circuit can be formed. multiple cycles. The particle size of the finished stone can be combined and classified according to the needs of the user to complete the cleaning of the material.
