Process flow
The Australian 200t/h crushed stone production line can meet all road, railway and other material requirements, and the jaw crusher has also become an essential machine on the crushed stone production line.
First, the stone is sent to the vibrating feeder, the vibrating feeder evenly sends the stone to the jaw crusher, the jaw crusher crushes the stone for one stage, and then the crushed stone is sent to the cone crusher through the conveyor. The second-stage crushing, the crushed materials are classified and screened by the circular vibrating screen, the materials larger than 40mm are returned to the cone crusher for crushing, and the materials below 40mm are sent to the shaping machine by the belt conveyor for shaping. The finished product after shaping is classified and sieved by a circular vibrating screen, and conveyed to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
