Customer introduction
The client is from a fluorite beneficiation project in Brazil. The project adopts the flotation process for beneficiation and requires a daily processing capacity of 200 tons. According to customer requirements, Bellian Machinery customized a production line consisting of jaw crusher, flotation machine, mixing tank, classifier and other equipment. After being put into production, it has been well received by customers.
Process flow
The main production stages of the fluorite beneficiation production line of the Brazilian fluorite ore flotation project can be divided into four processing steps: crushing, grinding, flotation, and drying. We will introduce these four steps in detail below:
- 1. Crushing: The large pieces of fluorite material are evenly sent to the jaw crusher for crushing through the feeder, and the medium and fineness crushing processing is carried out through the impact crusher.
- 2. Milling: The crushed materials need to be milled in a Ball Mill, and then classified and washed in a spiral classifier.
- 3. Flotation: The fluorite that has passed the classification enters the mixing tank, adds the agent, stirs fully, and then enters the flotation machine for flotation and separation.
- 4. Drying: The material after flotation has a lot of moisture, and needs to enter the concentrator for preliminary concentration and precipitation, and then enter the dryer for drying and dehydration, and finally obtain the dried fluorite finished product.
