Mr. Brown inspected a number of manufacturers, and after careful comparison, he finally decided to purchase our company's beneficiation equipment, the Canadian magnetite beneficiation production line. Since it was put into operation, the production has been stable, the processing capacity is large, and the beneficiation precision is high, which has been well received by customers and attracted many industry peers to visit.
Process flow
Magnetic separation is dominant in iron ore separation. The detailed beneficiation process of the Canadian magnetite beneficiation production line is as follows:
- 1: The mined magnetite is crushed by jaw crusher first, and then enters the next processing link.
- 2: The ore is evenly sent to the Ball Mill by the elevator and the feeder for crushing and grinding.
- 3: After grinding, the magnetite enters the next process of classification, and the magnetite is washed and classified based on the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the speed of precipitation in the liquid is different.
- 4: The cleaned and graded minerals pass through a magnetic separator, and the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated by magnetic and mechanical force to obtain a fine fraction.
- 5: Use the dryer to dry it.
