Process flow of quartz sandstone sand making production line
The technological process of this 700 tons per hour quartz sandstone sand production line mainly includes the following links;
1. Crushing: The materials to be processed are evenly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder, and then sent to the cone crusher for fine crushing through the conveyor, and then screened by the vibrating screen.
2. Sand making: After screening, the materials that meet the requirements enter the Sand Making Machine through the conveyor for sand making and shaping.
3. Screening: The materials coming out of the sand making machine enter the circular vibrating screen again through the conveyor, and the unqualified materials need to be sent to the sand making machine to continue sand making processing, and the qualified materials enter the following process.
4. Cleaning: There will be certain impurities in the stone after sand making, and qualified finished stone can be obtained after being cleaned by the sand washing machine.
