Background of the project
Granite is an intrusive rock in acidic (SiO2 66%) magmatic rocks, with a Mohs hardness of 5-7, of which the content of quartz is high and the content of sulfide is low. It is a good quality machine-made sand raw material, usually suitable for municipal construction projects , highway (railway) construction, bridge water conservancy and other infrastructure projects.
After a clear understanding of the needs of the Israeli customer and an on-site inspection of the site, Bellian designed a secondary crushing production line with the jaw crusher as the primary crushing equipment and the cone crusher as the secondary crushing equipment. Once the plan was completed, the user had to review it, and sent a quotation for the entire production line equipment in a short period of time. The raw materials pass through the raw material bin, and are evenly fed into the PE-400x600 jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for preliminary coarse crushing processing, and then the coarsely crushed marble fragments are sent to the 900 cone crusher in an orderly manner by the belt conveyor Further processing of medium and fine crushing; the finished material after two stages of crushing will be sent to the 3YK1237 vibrating screen for screening treatment, and the real finished material after screening will be transported to the respective finished material area by conveyors.
Note: Because the crusher generally does not have the screening function, it is necessary to set up a vibrating screen to screen the finished material. Usually, a circular vibrating screen is used, and the number of layers can be selected. In this process, a three-layer vibrating screen is selected. The finished material is screened into three different specifications.
