Background of the project

A customer in Myanmar has found several equipment manufacturers. He heard from a friend that Bellian, a Sand Making Machine manufacturer, found a Bellian customer near the site of the sand making production line. After the inspection, I decided to use Bellian's production line plan, and it really lived up to my expectations. It took less than 40 days from equipment selection to transportation to the completion of the entire production line.

Production Process

The material is sent to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for primary crushing; then, the coarse material produced is conveyed to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing, and the finely crushed material is sent to the vibrating screen to screen out two kinds of sandstone , the sandstone that meets the feed size of the sand making machine is fed into the sand making machine-made sand, and the other part of the material is returned and then finely broken. Part of the sandstone fed into the sand making machine is made into sand, which is cleaned by a sand washing machine (optional) and then made into finished sand. , and the other part is crushed again by the sand making machine to produce construction sand that meets the requirements.

Water consumption of wet sand making process

The Myanmar customer chose to build a sedimentation tank to treat sand washing sludge and wastewater sedimentation. On the one hand, water resources are recycled, and at the same time, the loss is controlled within 5%-10%, which saves cost investment and reduces the impact on the ecological environment. pollute;

Moreover, the sand washing water is circulated and will not freeze in winter. When the production is stopped at night, the water in the tank should be drained. If no sedimentation tank is set up, 2-3.5 cubic meters of water is needed to wash 1 ton of sand and gravel. After passing through the sedimentation tank Finally, to realize the reuse of wastewater, it takes about 0.2-0.5 cubic meters of water to wash 1 ton of sand and gravel.
