Production line process

First of all, Bellian technicians made a detailed analysis of the river pebbles to be crushed in Mr. Zhang’s stone factory. The raw materials are generally less than 40mm, and there is no need to equip corresponding coarse crushing equipment. The finished products required by the user are 0-5mm and 5-10mm. Specifications, in view of this, Bellian manufacturer has configured a full set of sand making production line based on HXVSI-1140 Sand Making Machine (1 set), the specific process is as follows:

1. Feeding: The river pebble raw material is evenly sent to the HXVSI-1140 sand making machine for sand shaping under the action of the belt conveyor through the raw material bin;

2. Sand making: HXVSI sand making machine performs shaping operations, and produces materials with a feed size of less than 55mm into a size of 0-10mm, and then transfers them to the next production process;

3. Screening: After the material is transferred to the screening machine, different specifications (0-5mm, 5-10mm) are screened according to user needs;

4. Sand washing: Then send them to the XS3500 sand washing machine for cleaning and removing impurities. The sand washing machine uses a wheel bucket type, and the washing degree is as high as 99%, and then high-quality finished sand is obtained.
