This time, the construction waste recycling aggregate crushing and sand making production line with a daily output of 3000-8000 tons was configured for a Hungarian customer. Production Process
The bricks, soil blocks, concrete blocks, etc. in the construction waste are sent to the mobile jaw crusher for simple coarse crushing, and the drum sieve filters out wood strips, steel bars and other unbreakable materials; after that, the roughly crushed construction waste It is further sent to the mobile impact crusher for fine crushing, and then screened again by the trommel screen. The qualified recycled aggregate can be sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor to wash the sand and then sent to the finished product area.
After treatment, some muck, concrete blocks, crushed stones, bricks and tiles, asphalt blocks and other wastes in construction waste can be used to make sand (0.25-0.5mm) and stones (5-20mm medium aggregate) , 16-40mm coarse aggregate), 10% impurities, 5% scrap metal, finished product size, wear resistance, moisture content, etc. must meet the national construction sand parameter standards, and have a wide range of applications.
