Production line process
Bellian factory arranges technicians to inspect the geographical location and topography of Huzhou factory in person, and completes production according to user needs, so as to design a more suitable production line; the detailed process is as follows:
1. Coarse crushing: The material enters the vibrating feeder through the silo, and then the vibrating feeder evenly transports the material to the jaw crusher for simple coarse crushing.
2. Secondary crushing: The coarsely crushed materials are transported to the cone crusher equipment for secondary crushing through the belt conveyor.
3. Screening: The medium and fine crushed materials will be screened through the circular vibrating screen; the pebble materials with qualified particle size will be sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping, and the unqualified materials will be crushed again through the cone crusher. ;
4. Sand washing: Qualified materials will be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning and impurity removal, and the dehydrated and dried materials are the finished construction sand we need.
