Production line process
In order to meet the user's demand for limestone production, Bellian has configured a crushing production line with an output of 700 tons per hour. The process flow is as follows:
1. Coarse crushing: Under the action of the feeder, the material is evenly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing;
2. Medium and fine crushing: the coarsely crushed material is sent to the single-cylinder cone crusher under the action of the conveyor for further crushing, and the finely crushed limestone is screened by a vibrating screen;
3. Screening: The materials finely crushed by the cone crusher pass through the vibrating screen to effectively screen the materials with different particle sizes, and return the unqualified ones to the upper layer for re-crushing;
4. Finished products: The materials that have passed the screening are sent to the finished product stack under the action of the conveyor for grading and packaging.
