The marble crushing (sand making) production line designed for Irish users this time has smoother workflow, more efficient operation, environmental protection, low carbon, and more energy-saving on-site operation. The simple production line process is introduced as follows:
1. First breaking: Large pieces of marble are evenly sent to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing.
2. Secondary crushing: The primary crushed marble is sent to the impact crusher for secondary secondary crushing. After reasonable screening by the circular vibrating screen, unqualified stones are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing.
