Process flow
The basalt sand-making production line is mainly built for basalt sand-making processing. The basalt processing is mainly divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by cone crusher, and sand-making shaping by Sand Making Machine. The detailed process steps are as follows:
Stage 1: Coarse Crushing
The naturally mined basalt is firstly crushed by the jaw crusher, and the coarsely crushed basalt is passed through the vibrating feeder and the cone crusher of the belt conveyor for the next step of medium and fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
The basalt conveyed to the cone crusher is crushed by medium and fine, and then screened by a circular vibrating screen. The basalt that meets the feeding particle size of the sand making machine is sent to the sand making machine through the belt conveyor for sand making, and the basalt that does not meet the standard is returned and crushed.
The third stage: sand making
The crushed basalt is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean basalt is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
Stage 4: Packaging
The dried finished materials are packaged and stored.
