Customer introduction
Our customer is a supplier of machine-made sand for an infrastructure project in Germany. The finished product is processed by a Sand Making Machine using pebbles as raw materials, which will be used in concrete mixing plants, dry-mixed mortar plants, etc. The production of German pebble sand is the infrastructure of the project. Construction provides high quality sand and gravel materials.
German cobblestone sand production process
- 1: The material is sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and the material after coarse crushing is sent to the secondary crushing link.
- 2: The cone crusher is used for fine crushing processing, and the processed products are transported to the sand making machine for sand making. After processing, they need to be transported to the vibrating screen.
- 3: Use a vibrating screen for screening, and the screened finished product is subjected to sand washing operation, and the sand and powder are separated, and the finished sand enters the sand washing machine for cleaning and impurity removal.
- 4: Transport the cleaned sand to the finished product warehouse.
