Process flow
Due to the limited production space, the customer requires no sand making, which means that the two procedures of sand making and sand washing are omitted, but the discharge must meet the standards, and the environmental protection is more up to standard.
The Dutch limestone crushing plant firstly puts the materials in the raw material warehouse into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder, and then enters the second-stage impact crusher for crushing. Next, the qualified material size is screened by the vibrating screen. Unqualified materials continue to be returned to the impact crusher to be crushed again until they reach the standard.
