The customer is from a well-known local limestone processing factory in Malaysia, mainly engaged in limestone grinding and processing. It has a large scale, an independent limestone grinding powder production base and more than ten years of limestone grinding and processing experience. Due to the aging equipment in the factory, it cannot keep up with the production demand. , low efficiency, after many inspections and comparisons, a limestone grinding production line was purchased in our company.
Process flow
The limestone grinding production line in Malaysia has three important sections:
1. Crushing: First, the large pieces of limestone minerals are sent to the jaw crusher and the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder for joint crushing into a certain particle size.
2. Grinding: Then the crushed small limestone particles are lifted to the Raymond Mill for grinding treatment by the bucket elevator. The user can adjust and control the discharge particle size of the equipment according to the requirements of the limestone particle size. Then the ground limestone is sent to the powder collector
3. Powder collection: The powder collector will return the materials with unqualified particle size to the Raymond mill for regrinding, and the limestone that meets the requirements will be sent to the finished material pile for packaging.
