Customer introduction
The customer is a company from Thailand engaged in kaolin processing plant. After visiting Bellian, he purchased a kaolin grinding plant. Since this set of equipment was put into production, the production output and finished product grain shape have met the requirements of customers, and the customers are quite satisfied.
Process flow
The processing process of the 30-50t/h kaolin grinding plant in Thailand is divided into three important sections: crushing, grinding and collecting.
- 1. Crushing: First, the large pieces of kaolin minerals are sent to the jaw crusher and the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder for joint crushing into a certain particle size.
- 2. Grinding: Then, the crushed small kaolin particles are lifted to the Raymond Mill for grinding treatment by the bucket elevator. The user can adjust and control the discharge particle size of the equipment according to the requirements of the particle size of the kaolin. Then the ground kaolin is sent to the powder collector
- 3. Powder collection: The powder collector will return the unqualified materials to the Raymond mill for regrinding, and the kaolin that meets the requirements will be sent to the finished material pile for packaging.
