Production line process
The raw gold ore is firstly crushed and processed by the jaw crusher, and after reasonable screening, it is sent to the Ball Mill for wet grinding processing. The obtained gold ore pulp is classified by the spiral classifier, and the unqualified pulp is sent back to the The ball mill continues to grind; the qualified gold ore slurry enters the mixing tank and is fully mixed with the chemical agent, and then sent to the flotation machine for high-efficiency flotation reaction, and high-precision gold concentrate and some tailings can be obtained. The ore tailings flow into the tailings pond, and the gold concentrate slurry after flotation is concentrated and precipitated by a concentrator, and then dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and the grade of the finished gold concentrate powder is increased by 3-5 percentage points.
