Production line process
1. Crushing: Large pieces of vermiculite are firstly crushed by a fine jaw crusher (generally within the range of 5-20mm), and then fed into the silo by the bucket elevator from bottom to top for use.
2. Grinding: The crushed vermiculite in the silo is uniformly and orderly sent to the main machine (Raymond Mill) for grinding by the electromagnetic feeder. As the core equipment of the production line, its advantage lies in high output. , high yield, safe and reliable.
3. Powder selection (collection): After grinding, the vermiculite powder is fully selected by the powder separator, and the vermiculite powder with suitable fineness will enter the finished product silo through the pipeline device, and will be directly packed and collected by the powder tanker.
