Crushing equipment is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries and many other sectors. In the history of crushing equipment development, there are also various types of crushing equipment, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, counter-roller Broken and so on.
Application field of crushing equipment
Various types of crushing equipment are based on different crushing principles. At present, the principles of common crushing equipment mainly fall into three categories: extrusion crushing, splitting crushing, and impact crushing. The equipment developed according to the principle of impact crushing is mainly Sand Making Machine, the equipment developed according to the principle of splitting crushing mainly includes hammer crusher and impact crusher, and the equipment developed according to the principle of extrusion crushing mainly includes jaw crusher and Gyratory Crusher. , cone crusher, roller crusher, etc.
For the cone crusher, which is currently playing a major role in the field of medium and fine crushing, its product size is relatively uniform and energy consumption is low. However, in the early stage of its appearance, it was not so good, and there were many shortcomings in production, such as more needle-like content in the finished product and insufficient grain shape. Later, in response to these problems, the industry proposed the principle of lamination and crushing, and carried out technological improvements accordingly.

So what exactly is the principle of lamination breakage? The material is squeezed and crushed in a multi-layer distribution in the crushing cavity. During the crushing process, the material is subjected to the extrusion force of the moving cone and the fixed cone, and the materials will also be squeezed and collided. In essence, it is extrusion crushing, but it is different from the traditional extrusion crushing. It mainly squeezes and grinds materials with each other, and under stress conditions, crushes at the cracks and defects of the materials. In general, in the process of cone crushing, only when the size of the material is large, or the size of the crushing cavity is small, and an effective crushing layer cannot be formed, can it be considered that single particle crushing has occurred, that is, only at the feeding port and The material at the discharge port will be broken by a single particle. The materials are squeezed against each other, and most of them are crushed under this condition, that is, the materials are laminated and crushed at other positions in the crushing chamber.

Laminated crushing has great advantages, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of the crusher, improve the quality of crushed products, and reduce the energy consumption of crushing.
However, in order to achieve lamination crushing or achieve better crushing effect, the material must meet certain preconditions:
First of all, it is sufficient to feed. Only after sufficient feeding will a certain material layer be formed, the lamination crushing effect can be achieved, and when the crushing layer reaches 6-10 layers, the energy saving effect will be more obvious, and the advantage of high lamination crushing output can be reflected.
Secondly, the feeding process should be continuous and uniform. Uniform feeding will make the material force distribution reasonably, which will make the crusher run smoothly and efficiently.
Again, the particle size of the given material should be uniform. When the particle size and geometric size of the material are quite different, the large size material will play a shielding role, making it difficult for the small size material to be broken by force, that is, the phenomenon of fine particle protection.
Finally, the filling degree of the material. Generally, if the filling rate of materials is too small, powdery particles will appear, which will cause a certain degree of waste of resources and reduce the effect of lamination and crushing; According to Bellian Group's years of field experience, when the material filling rate is between 0.55-0.75, it is most conducive to the progress of lamination and crushing.
Above, the principle of lamination crushing has been introduced in detail. There are other aspects that need to be paid attention to under different production conditions. In the production of cone crushers, following some proper operating rules will make the cone crusher The crushing process "does twice the result with half the effort", and the resulting material has uniform particle size and excellent particle shape, which really saves worry and effort in the production process.
