The rotating speed of the cone crusher. The rotating speed of the moving cone is one of the important factors affecting the output. When the rotating speed is too slow, the material will pass through the crushing cavity in a sliding way along the moving cone lining plate, and the time to pass through the crushing cavity will be long, thereby reducing the production efficiency; If it is too fast, it will be difficult for the material to discharge downwards, and the material will stagnate after being broken, resulting in material congestion.
The bottom corner of the moving cone. The bottom angle of the moving cone determines the inclination angle of the moving cone. The larger the bottom angle, the more conducive the material to free fall movement, but the number of times the material is squeezed and broken when passing through the crushing cavity is reduced, and the larger the output, the more production quality reduction. When the bottom angle of the moving cone becomes smaller, the surface of the moving cone will become smooth, the material will fall along the lining plate of the crushing cone, the output will become lower, and the quality of the crushed material will become better.
Influence of precession angle. The size of the precession angle directly determines the eccentricity of the cone crusher and the swing stroke of the discharge port. When the precession angle is large, the eccentric distance of the cone crusher and the swing stroke of the discharge port will become larger, and the material will fall more easily. Of course, the output will increase, but the number of times the material is squeezed and broken in the crushing cavity will decrease, which will lead to a decline in product quality. ; When the precession angle becomes smaller, the eccentricity of the crusher and the swing stroke of the discharge port will become smaller, resulting in a longer passage of the material in the crushing cavity and a decrease in the output, but the material is easier to be crushed in the crushing cavity, Quality is improved.
The fill rate of the material. The filling of the material is closely related to the output of the cone crusher. When the filling rate of the material is low, the material cannot fill each crushing layer, and the output will decrease; when the filling rate is high, the material is pressed too tightly, which is not conducive to lamination and crushing. , the material is not easy to pass through the crushing cavity, resulting in low output and poor quality of the cone crusher.

When feeding, try to keep filling the crushing cavity as much as possible. Feeding a small amount of material will not reduce the burden of the cone crusher. On the contrary, too little material will not only reduce the product output and the grain shape, but also cause great damage to the bearing of the cone crusher. Generally speaking, the actual power of the cone crusher should not be lower than 40% of the rated power. If the cone crusher is sometimes more and sometimes less when feeding, the particle shape and product rate of the product will fluctuate, especially for the cone crusher running in half cavity, the product will not be ideal in terms of gradation and needle shape.
Maintain the liner regularly. The lining plate of the cone crusher includes the moving cone lining plate and the fixed cone lining plate. The wear of the lining plate cannot exert the proper crushing efficiency of the machine, and it is necessary to check the lining plate from time to time. The inspection of liner wear mainly depends on several aspects. If the working capacity of the cone crusher is significantly reduced, the thickness of the liner is reduced or cracks have occurred, it means that the liner has been damaged. Check the wear condition regularly, and measure at 4 points around the crushing chamber to confirm whether there is uneven wear, and adjust it in time if there is.
Lubrication system maintenance. It is necessary to ensure that the amount of oil is sufficient so that it can lubricate each part. It is also necessary to ensure that the oil is clean. Regularly check the operation of the oil pump carefully, for example, the temperature rise cannot be too high. After a period of time, clean the descaling device and check various filter elements, and check whether there are copper scraps on the oil return filter screen.
The performance of the cone crusher is outstanding. Just as the sword needs to be wiped frequently, the cone crusher needs to be maintained and used correctly and reasonably in the normal use process, so as to have a steady stream of productivity.
