Working Principle
The Raymond Mill mainly consists of main frame, grinding roller, grinding ring, blower, analyzer, pipeline and dust collector. When the machine works, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber from the hopper. The grinding rollers rotate around the central axis and also rotate around the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. The materials are crushed and ground between the grinding rollers and grinding ring. The ground powder is blown up by the blower and classified by the analyzer. The qualified powder enters the cyclone collector and is discharged, while the unqualified powder falls back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding.

The number before "R" represents the number of grinding rollers. Can Raymond Mill grind hard materials like granite?

The service life of grinding rollers and grinding rings depends on the hardness of the materials being ground.
