Working Principle
The Vertical Roller Mill mainly consists of grinding table, grinding rollers, pressure device, classifier, motor and transmission system. When the machine works, the materials fall onto the center of the rotating grinding table from the feeding port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials move to the edge of the grinding table and are crushed and ground by the grinding rollers. The hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet, and the ground powder is blown up by the hot air and dried at the same time. The qualified powder is separated by the classifier and collected, while the unqualified powder falls back to the grinding table for re-grinding.
