Working Principle
The Superfine Grinding Mill mainly consists of main frame, grinding chamber, classifier, blower, dust collector and electrical control system. When the machine works, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber and crushed by the high-speed rotating grinding rollers. The ground powder is blown up by the blower and enters the high-precision turbine classifier. The qualified ultra fine powder enters the cyclone collector and bag filter, while the unqualified powder falls back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The classifier adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can accurately control the fineness of finished products.
