1. Project Overview of Turkey 5t/h HGM100 Limestone Grinding Line

This full set limestone ultrafine powder plant is custom-made for a local medium-sized mineral factory in Turkey, with the HGM100 three-ring ultrafine mill as the core grinding machine. We set the steady running capacity at 5 tons per hour on purpose, as the HGM100 model’s actual working range is 4-8t/h, leaving enough load buffer to extend the service life of wear parts.

Different from the theoretical 24-hour continuous running data, most local mineral plants in Turkey adopt two-shift production mode, working 16 hours a day in total. Based on 5t/h stable output, the daily finished powder output can reach about 80 tons. The plant mainly processes raw limestone, and the final powder fineness can be adjusted between 800-1500 mesh, which perfectly matches the demand of local building materials, dry mortar and chemical filler manufacturers.

We matched all supporting equipment according to the hardness and purity characteristics of Turkish limestone ore. The whole grinding system works in closed negative pressure circulation, with automatic powder classification and centralized dust collection, fully meeting the local environmental protection standards for mineral processing workshops.

2. Project Configuration & Practical Technical Parameters

The customer picked the HGM100 ultrafine mill after comparing several models, and we adjusted the whole auxiliary system to fit their factory space and target powder standard. All parameters are set for real daily two-shift production, no exaggerated theoretical data:

  • Core Grinding Host: HGM100 three-ring medium speed ultrafine grinding mill

  • Stable Hourly Output: 5 tons per hour (adjustable range 4-8t/h, subject to raw material hardness & powder mesh)

Many suppliers will mark the maximum 8t/h capacity of HGM100 on their cases, but long-term full-load operation will wear out grinding rollers and rings quickly. Workers need rest time, and the grinding machine also needs regular daily cleaning to avoid material caking inside the grinding chamber. The 16-hour two-shift schedule we planned fits the local labor management rules perfectly, without forcing the customer to arrange night shift workers for 24h non-stop production.

3.3 Full Dust Removal System Meets Local Environmental Rules

We equipped a matched large pulse dust collector exclusive for HGM100 model. The whole production line is sealed completely, so there is almost no flying dust in the workshop. The customer passed the local environmental inspection smoothly after equipment installation, no extra modification work needed.

3.4 Simple Intelligent Control Reduces Labor Workload

We delivered a special PLC control cabinet supporting HGM100 mill, which supports one-key startup and shutdown for the whole line. One worker can take charge of the whole set of equipment during each shift, the cabinet can real-time display feeding speed, powder fineness and equipment running current, easy for operators to check abnormal conditions at a glance.
