6 Units MTW138 European Trapezium Mill Dolomite Large-Scale Grinding Station For Indonesian Mineral Raw Material Enterprise

Indonesia boasts huge reserves of high-purity dolomite mineral resources, and the local artificial stone, daily glass and refractory material industries have expanded rapidly in recent years. Before cooperating with us, the customer adopted multiple small traditional Raymond mills with scattered layout, low single machine output, high energy consumption per ton powder and unstable finished fineness, which could not meet the large-scale raw material supply demand of downstream industrial parks. To realize centralized large-volume continuous production and reduce unit production cost, the customer customized 6 sets parallel full-process grinding production line matched with MTW138 European trapezium mill with us.

Our technical team carried out on-site sampling and full performance test of local dolomite ore, and finally selected MTW138 upgraded European trapezium mill as core grinding equipment. The machine adopts integral bevel gear transmission, built-in thin oil automatic lubrication, curved air duct and reinforced four sets thickened grinding roller components, with stable operation and low failure rate. Instead of long-term full-load 20t/h overload operation for each single machine, we set single machine stable production load at 12 tons per hour. Balanced mild load operation effectively slows down the abrasion speed of grinding roller and ring liner, extends the replacement cycle of wear-resistant accessories, and greatly reduces the annual maintenance budget of the whole plant with 6 units running simultaneously.

The whole processing workshop adopts dual-shift operation mode commonly used by local large mineral processing enterprises. Two independent 8-hour production shifts are arranged every working day, with one hour reserved for centralized equipment cleaning, lubrication and comprehensive safety inspection. Under simultaneous stable operation of 6 sets MTW138 mills, the factory can produce about 1440 tons of high whiteness qualified dolomite fine powder every day. The powder fineness of each unit can be independently adjusted between 180 mesh and 700 mesh to flexibly match the diversified fineness requirements of artificial stone factories, glass melting workshops and refractory material manufacturers under the customer’s industrial group.

Centralized Workshop Layout And Full Set Supporting Equipment Configuration

The 6-units dolomite grinding line adopts centralized modular parallel layout, equipped with shared raw dolomite feeding silo and independent sealed finished powder storage silo for each mill, realizing automatic closed-loop centralized production without manual material transfer links. All MTW138 main grinding machines, vertical elevators, conveying pipelines, sealing accessories, pulse dust removal units and touch screen PLC centralized control cabinet are delivered as a complete full set, without customers needing to purchase auxiliary matching parts separately locally. Three senior field technical engineers from our team traveled to the project site to guide integral steel frame assembly, 6-units equipment hoisting, multi-pipeline unified docking and full-line stable commissioning, and the whole centralized grinding station reached full-load formal supply production within 24 days after all cargo arrived at the port.

The closed-loop processing flow of each single machine covers raw dolomite feeding, MTW138 European trapezium fine grinding, air powder classification, pulse bag dust collection and finished powder sealed storage, forming an uninterrupted independent production branch without processing blind spots. All steel frame components, conveying main pipelines, branch pipelines, connecting flanges, sealing gaskets and driving motors for 6 units are pre-assembled and fully tested in our factory before shipment, with unified standard connecting interfaces and reserved parallel interconnection ports. Local construction teams can complete integral frame assembly and multi-unit equipment unified docking directly without additional cutting, welding or on-site transformation, greatly compressing the overall centralized workshop construction cycle and enabling the customer to officially supply dolomite powder to downstream industrial parks faster.

Indonesia has strict unified supervision standards for industrial dust emissions in large mineral processing industrial parks. We matched combined large pulse bag dust collectors fully adapted to the total air volume demand of 6 sets MTW138 trapezium mill units, so that the whole centralized grinding workshop operates under fully enclosed negative pressure circulation.
