Bellian BHYW Series Rotary Cement Packing Machine is a fully automatic rotary packaging equipment optimized for medium and large cement production lines. Covering 6/8/10/12 spout models, this series adopts mature microcomputer intelligent control and dynamic automatic weighing technology, realizing unmanned automatic operation of bag placing, quantitative filling, precise weighing, automatic bag dropping and material conveying. Working Principle
The BHYW series rotary cement packing machine is mainly composed of rotary drum frame, multi-station filling spouts, high-precision weighing system, PLC microcomputer control system and matched conveying system. Workers place empty valve bags on the filling spouts manually or with automatic bagging equipment. The rotary drum runs at a stepless adjustable constant speed, and each station independently completes quantitative filling and dynamic weighing. When the material weight reaches the preset standard value, the equipment automatically cuts off the material and finishes filling. The qualified cement bags are automatically dropped to the belt conveyor and transported to the stacking process. The whole packaging process is intelligently controlled with stable action and accurate metering.
