Working Principle
The ton bag packing machine mainly consists of frame, lifting system, weighing system, filling system and control system. The operator hangs an empty ton bag on the hooks and presses the start button. The machine lifts the bag and starts filling materials into it while weighing. When the weight reaches the set value, the filling stops automatically. The bag is then lowered onto the pallet or ground, and the hooks are released automatically. The whole process is fully automated.
