Bellian Five-Stage Cyclone Preheater is the key equipment for preheating raw meal in new dry process cement production lines. It uses the high-temperature flue gas from the rotary kiln to preheat the raw meal, increasing the raw meal temperature from room temperature to about 850℃ and completing about 50% of the decomposition. This greatly reduces the heat load of the rotary kiln and improves production efficiency. Our preheater adopts advanced structure design, which has high preheating efficiency and low pressure loss.
Working Principle
The five-stage cyclone preheater consists of five stages of cyclones and connecting ducts. Raw meal powder is fed into the top duct, where it is mixed with the rising high-temperature flue gas. The raw meal is heated by the flue gas and carried into the first stage cyclone. In the cyclone, the raw meal is separated from the flue gas and falls into the next stage duct. This process repeats through five stages, and the raw meal is gradually heated to about 850℃. The preheated raw meal enters the calciner for further decomposition.
