Products Description

Bellian PPC Series Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector is the most widely used high-efficiency industrial dust removal equipment. It adopts advanced offline pulse jet cleaning technology, which can effectively capture fine dust particles as small as 0.1μm with filtration efficiency up to 99.9%. Our baghouse dust collector features modular design, which can be freely combined according to different air volume requirements. The dust emission concentration is below 30mg/m³, fully meeting international environmental protection standards. It is the core dust removal equipment for cement plants, mines, quarries and power plants.

Working Principle

The pulse jet baghouse dust collector mainly consists of filter bags, cages, pulse valves, air tank, cleaning system and fan. Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the inlet and passes through the filter bags. The dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter bags, while the clean gas passes through the filter bags and is discharged from the outlet. When the dust layer on the filter bags reaches a certain thickness, the pulse valve opens automatically, releasing compressed air to clean the filter bags. The dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through the discharge valve.

Performance Features

  • Offline pulse jet cleaning technology, high cleaning efficiency, no secondary dust pollution

  • Modular design, can be freely combined according to different air volume requirements

  • High-quality polyester filter bags, strong wear resistance, long service life up to 2-3 years

  • Automatic control system, real-time monitoring of pressure difference and temperature

  • Sealed structure, no dust leakage, clean working environment

  • Wide capacity range from 3,000 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h, suitable for different production scales

Application Scenarios

Widely used in cement plants, mines, quarries, power plants, chemical plants, steel plants and other industries. Suitable for collecting various dry dust particles such as cement dust, coal dust, ore dust, limestone dust, fly ash, etc. It is especially suitable for dust removal in crushing, grinding, calcination and transportation processes.

Buying Guide

When choosing a pulse jet baghouse dust collector, you should consider: 1. The required air volume; 2. The dust concentration and particle size; 3. The temperature and humidity of the gas; 4. The chemical properties of the dust. We will recommend the most suitable model and filter bag material according to your specific requirements.

FAQ

What is the filtration efficiency of your baghouse dust collector?

Our pulse jet baghouse dust collector has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.9% for dust particles above 0.1μm. The dust emission concentration is below 30mg/m³, which fully meets EU and international environmental protection standards.

What filter bag materials are available?

We provide various filter bag materials including polyester, acrylic, PPS, PTFE and fiberglass. Polyester is suitable for general dust with temperature below 130℃; PPS is suitable for high temperature and corrosive gas up to 190℃; PTFE is suitable for strong corrosive gas.

How often do the filter bags need to be replaced?

The service life of the filter bags depends on the dust properties and operating conditions. For general dust like cement, the service life is about 2-3 years. For abrasive or high temperature dust, the service life is about 1-2 years. We provide high-quality filter bags with preferential prices.

Do you provide installation and commissioning services?

Yes, we can send professional engineers to your site to guide installation and commissioning, and train your operators. We also provide 12 months warranty and lifetime technical support.
