Bellian DMC Series Single Unit Pulse Dust Collector is a compact and portable dust removal equipment specially designed for small and medium-sized equipment and workshops. It integrates fan, filter and cleaning system in one unit, which can be directly installed on the top of the equipment or placed beside it. Our single unit dust collector adopts pulse jet cleaning technology, which has high dust removal efficiency and low noise. It is the ideal solution for local dust removal in workshops.
Working Principle
The single unit pulse dust collector mainly consists of filter cartridges, pulse valves, fan, cleaning system and control box. Dust-laden gas is sucked into the dust collector by the fan. The dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter cartridges, while the clean gas passes through the filter cartridges and is discharged. When the dust layer reaches a certain thickness, the pulse valve opens automatically to clean the filter cartridges. The dust falls into the dust drawer at the bottom, which can be easily removed and cleaned.
