Working Principle
The Mobile Crushing Station mainly consists of mobile chassis, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, power system and control system. When the machine works, the materials are fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed materials are conveyed to the impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing by the belt conveyor. Then the materials are conveyed to the vibrating screen for classification. The qualified materials are discharged as finished products, while the unqualified materials are returned to the crusher for re-crushing. The whole process is fully automated.
