Working Principle
The VSI Sand Making Machine mainly consists of feeding hopper, distributor, impeller, vortex crushing chamber, spindle assembly, base, transmission system and motor. When the machine works, the materials are fed into the distributor from the feeding hopper. The distributor divides the materials into two parts: one part enters the high-speed rotating impeller, and the other part falls around the impeller. The materials in the impeller are accelerated to high speed and thrown out, hitting the materials falling around the impeller and the lining plate of the vortex crushing chamber. The materials are crushed by impact, collision and friction, and then discharged from the bottom.
