Working Principle
The Double Roller Crusher mainly consists of frame, two rollers, spring device, transmission system and motor. When the machine works, the two rollers rotate in opposite directions driven by the motor. The materials are fed into the gap between the two rollers from the feeding port. Under the action of squeezing and grinding force, the materials are crushed into fine particles and discharged from the bottom. The spring device can adjust the pressure between the rollers and provide overload protection. When unbreakable materials enter, the spring will be compressed, increasing the gap between the rollers and discharging the materials.
