Bellian Single Tube Feeder is a simple and practical feeding equipment used for quantitative feeding of powdery materials. It is widely used in cement plants, power plants, chemical plants and other industries. Our single tube feeder adopts spiral feeding principle, which has simple structure, reliable operation and low maintenance cost. It can adjust the feeding quantity steplessly, and is suitable for short distance transportation and quantitative feeding of powder materials.
Working Principle

The single tube feeder mainly consists of tube casing, spiral shaft, driving device and inlet/outlet. The spiral shaft is equipped with continuous spiral blades. When the machine works, the driving device drives the spiral shaft to rotate. The materials are pushed forward by the spiral blades along the tube. The feeding quantity can be adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the spiral shaft or adjusting the opening of the inlet gate.

Can the single tube feeder transport wet materials?
The single tube feeder can transport wet materials with moisture content below 20%. However, it is not suitable for transporting highly viscous or easily caking materials, which may cause blockage.
