Working Principle
The vibrating feeder mainly consists of feeding trough, vibration motor, spring support and frame. When the machine works, the two vibration motors rotate in opposite directions, generating exciting force that makes the feeding trough vibrate linearly. The materials on the feeding trough move forward continuously under the action of vibration. The feeding quantity can be adjusted by changing the vibration amplitude or frequency of the vibration motors.
