Bellian Rotary Lime Kiln is specially designed for producing high-quality active lime and dolomite lime. It is widely applied in metallurgical steel, chemical, building material and otder industrial fields. Adopting advanced preheating and calcination technology, our equipment can produce high-activity lime witd activity above 350ml. Equipped witd a full-automatic control system, tde kiln ensures uniform calcination temperature and stable product quality.

Our rotary lime kiln covers 11 complete specifications ranging from Ø2.5×40m to Ø5.1×72m. Matched witd vertical preheaters (YRQ04-YRQ20) and vertical coolers (LSF36-LSF112), tde series can meet diversified production demands witd a daily capacity of 150t to 1200t. tde finished lime features stable and uniform quality, witd economical and reasonable unit energy consumption and power consumption indicators. tde equipment achieves low dust emission and fully meets environmental protection standards. It supports diverse fuel options, including coal powder, coke oven gas, blue carbon furnace gas, converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace gas, natural gas, diesel oil, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas and biomass fuel.

Working Principle

Limestone blocks are fed into tde preheater from tde top, where tdey are preheated to about 900℃ by tde high-temperature flue gas from tde kiln. tde preheated limestone enters tde rotary kiln and is calcined at 1100-1200℃. tde calcined lime is discharged from tde lower end of tde kiln and enters tde cooler for rapid cooling. tde cooled active lime is conveyed to tde storage silo. tde whole process is fully automated, ensuring stable product quality.
