Products Description
Bellian Hammer Crusher is a traditional crushing equipment that uses high-speed rotating hammers to crush materials. It can complete the crushing process in one time, eliminating the need for secondary crushing, greatly reducing investment cost and production process. Our Hammer Crusher adopts heavy-duty rotor design and high-chromium alloy hammers, which has strong impact resistance and long service life. It is widely used in building materials, mining, chemical industry and other industries for crushing brittle materials.
Working Principle

The Hammer Crusher mainly consists of frame, rotor, hammer, lining plate and screen plate. When the machine works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The materials are fed into the crushing chamber from the feeding port and hit by the high-speed rotating hammers. The crushed materials are thrown to the lining plate and crushed again. The materials smaller than the screen hole size are discharged through the screen plate, while the larger materials are crushed again until they reach the required size.

Application Scenarios
Widely used in building materials, mining, chemical industry, coal and other industries. Suitable for crushing various brittle materials with compressive strength below 150MPa, such as limestone, coal, gypsum, clay, shale, chalk, etc. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized production lines with low investment budget.
Buying Guide
When choosing a Hammer Crusher, you should consider: 1. The hardness of the materials (Hammer Crusher is not suitable for hard materials); 2. The required production capacity; 3. The required particle size of the finished products; 4. The moisture content of the materials (too high moisture will cause blockage). For hard materials, we recommend you choose our Jaw Crusher or Cone Crusher.
FAQ
What is the difference between Hammer Crusher and Impact Crusher?
Hammer Crusher uses hammers to hit materials and crush them against the screen plate, suitable for very soft and brittle materials. Impact Crusher uses blow bars to hit materials and crush them against the impact plate, produces better particle shape and is suitable for medium-hard materials. Impact Crusher has higher investment cost but better performance.
Can Hammer Crusher crush wet materials?
Hammer Crusher can crush materials with moisture content below 15%. For materials with higher moisture content, it is easy to cause blockage of the screen plate. We recommend you to dry the materials first or choose our Impact Crusher which has better anti-blocking performance.
How to replace the hammers?
The hammers can be replaced by opening the side door of the crusher. Our Hammer Crusher adopts modular design, which makes the replacement of hammers fast and convenient. We will provide detailed operation instructions and training for your operators.
What is the service life of hammers?
The service life of hammers depends on the hardness of the materials. For soft materials like coal, the service life is about 3-6 months; for medium-hard materials like limestone, the service life is about 1-3 months. We provide high-chromium alloy hammers with longer service life and preferential prices.
