Products Description
Bellian Impact Crusher is a high-efficiency secondary crushing equipment that uses impact energy to crush materials. It is specially designed for crushing soft to medium-hard materials and can produce excellent cubic shaped aggregates with high compressive strength. Our Impact Crusher adopts multi-chamber design and adjustable impact plate, which can effectively control the particle size and shape of the finished products. It is widely used in construction, road and bridge, and construction waste recycling industries.
Working Principle
The Impact Crusher mainly consists of frame, rotor, blow bar, impact plate and adjustment device. When the machine works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the V-belt. The materials are fed into the crushing chamber and hit by the high-speed rotating blow bars. The materials are thrown to the impact plate and crushed again. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the bottom. The gap between the impact plate and the blow bar can be adjusted to control the particle size of the finished products.

Application Scenarios
Widely used in construction, road and bridge, building materials, construction waste recycling and other industries. Suitable for crushing various soft to medium-hard materials with compressive strength below 250MPa, such as limestone, concrete, construction waste, gypsum, coal, etc.
Buying Guide
When choosing an Impact Crusher, you should consider: 1. The hardness and abrasiveness of the materials; 2. The required production capacity; 3. The required particle size and shape of the finished products; 4. The type of materials (Impact Crusher is not suitable for very hard materials like granite). For hard materials, we recommend you choose our Cone Crusher.
FAQ
What is the difference between PF and PFW Impact Crusher?
PF Impact Crusher is the traditional model with simple structure and low cost, suitable for most secondary crushing applications. PFW Impact Crusher adopts European design, with optimized rotor structure and hydraulic adjustment system, which has higher crushing efficiency and more convenient maintenance. It also has better particle shape control ability.
Can Impact Crusher crush hard materials like granite?
Impact Crusher is suitable for crushing soft to medium-hard materials. For very hard materials like granite and basalt, we recommend you choose our Cone Crusher, which uses lamination crushing principle and has better performance for hard materials.
How to adjust the particle size of finished products?
The particle size of finished products can be adjusted by changing the gap between the impact plate and the blow bar. For PFW models, it can be adjusted hydraulically; for PF models, it can be adjusted manually. We will provide detailed operation instructions for your operators.
What is the service life of blow bars?
The service life of blow bars depends on the hardness and abrasiveness of the materials. For soft materials like limestone, the service life is about 3-6 months; for medium-hard materials like concrete, the service life is about 1-3 months. We provide high-chromium alloy blow bars with strong wear resistance and preferential prices.
