Products Description
Jaw Crusher is the most widely used primary crushing equipment in mining, quarry and construction industries. It is designed to crush various hard and abrasive materials into medium-sized particles. Our Jaw Crusher adopts advanced V-shaped crushing chamber design, which increases the crushing ratio by 20% compared with traditional models. The thickened steel plate frame and high-quality movable jaw assembly ensure long service life and stable operation even in harsh working conditions.
Working Principle
The Jaw Crusher mainly consists of frame, movable jaw, fixed jaw, eccentric shaft, toggle plate and motor. When the machine works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the V-belt and pulley. The movable jaw moves back and forth under the action of the eccentric shaft, crushing the materials between the movable jaw and fixed jaw. When the movable jaw moves away, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening at the bottom. The size of the discharge opening can be adjusted by changing the position of the toggle plate to control the particle size of the finished products.

Buying Guide
When choosing a Jaw Crusher, you should consider the following factors: 1. The maximum feed size of your materials; 2. The required production capacity; 3. The required particle size of the finished products; 4. The hardness and abrasiveness of the materials. We will recommend the most suitable model according to your specific requirements.
FAQ
What is the difference between PE and PEW Jaw Crusher?
PE Jaw Crusher is the traditional model with simple structure and low cost, suitable for most primary crushing applications. PEW Jaw Crusher adopts European design, with optimized crushing chamber and hydraulic adjustment system, which has higher crushing efficiency and more convenient maintenance. It is suitable for high-demand production lines.
How to adjust the discharge opening size?
The discharge opening size can be adjusted by changing the position of the toggle plate. For small models, it can be adjusted manually; for large models, it can be adjusted hydraulically. We will provide detailed operation instructions and training for your operators.
What is the service life of jaw plates?
The service life of jaw plates depends on the hardness and abrasiveness of the materials being crushed. For soft materials like limestone, the service life is about 6-12 months; for hard materials like granite, the service life is about 3-6 months. We provide high-quality jaw plates made of high manganese steel with preferential prices.
Can you provide a complete crushing production line solution?
Yes, we can provide turnkey solutions for complete crushing and screening production lines, including primary crushing, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing, screening and conveying. From design, manufacturing to installation, commissioning and operator training, we provide one-stop service.
