Working Principle
The Cone Crusher mainly consists of frame, transmission system, eccentric sleeve, crushing cone, adjustment device, hydraulic system and lubrication system. When the machine works, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission system. The crushing cone rotates around the central axis under the action of the eccentric sleeve, making a swinging motion. The materials are continuously crushed between the crushing cone and the fixed cone liner. The hydraulic system can adjust the size of the discharge opening and provide overload protection. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system will automatically lower the adjusting ring to discharge the materials, preventing damage to the machine.
