Bellian Bucket Elevator is a widely used vertical lifting equipment for bulk materials. It is suitable for lifting various powdery, granular and block materials in cement plants, mines, grain depots and other industries. Our bucket elevator adopts advanced structure design and high-quality materials, which has stable operation, long service life and low maintenance cost. It can be divided into belt type (TD), chain type (TH) and plate chain type (HL) according to different traction mechanisms.
Working Principle
The bucket elevator mainly consists of driving device, head section, middle casing, tail section, traction mechanism and buckets. The buckets are fixed on the traction mechanism (belt or chain) at equal intervals. When the machine works, the driving device drives the traction mechanism to move circularly. The buckets scoop up materials from the tail section and lift them to the head section, then discharge the materials through the discharge opening under the action of centrifugal force or gravity. The whole lifting process is continuous and efficient.

What is the difference between belt type and chain type bucket elevator?
Belt type bucket elevator uses rubber belt as traction mechanism, suitable for lifting light and medium materials with temperature below 80℃. Chain type bucket elevator uses steel chain as traction mechanism, suitable for lifting heavy and abrasive materials with temperature below 250℃. Plate chain type has the strongest bearing capacity.

How to prevent material backflow?
