Bellian FU Type Chain Conveyor is a high-efficiency sealed conveying equipment used for transporting powdery and granular materials. It adopts the principle of material flow transportation, which has high transportation efficiency and low energy consumption. Our chain conveyor is widely used in cement plants, power plants, chemical plants and other industries. It can transport materials horizontally or slightly inclined (maximum inclination 15°), and has long service life and low maintenance cost.
Working Principle
The FU type chain conveyor mainly consists of casing, chain, scraper, driving device and tensioning device. When the machine works, the driving device drives the chain to move. The scrapers fixed on the chain push the materials forward along the casing. The materials form a continuous material flow under the action of internal friction and move forward together with the chain. The whole transportation process is closed, no dust leakage.
