Bellian Screw Conveyor is a common material handling equipment used for transporting powdery, granular and small block materials. It is widely used in cement plants, chemical plants, grain depots and other industries. Our screw conveyor adopts sealed casing design, which can effectively prevent dust leakage and meet environmental protection requirements. It can be installed horizontally or inclined (maximum inclination 20°), and has compact structure and small floor area.
Working Principle
The screw conveyor mainly consists of casing, screw shaft, bearing, driving device and inlet/outlet. The screw shaft is equipped with spiral blades. When the machine works, the driving device drives the screw shaft to rotate. The materials are pushed forward by the spiral blades along the casing. The rotation of the screw shaft makes the materials move forward under the action of friction and centrifugal force. The whole transportation process is closed, no dust leakage.
